Next Retreat: November 12–18, 2012

Lodging and meals:
All four retreats will take place at Bosch Bahá’í Retreat and Conference Center in the beautiful Santa Cruz mountains. Accommodations are shared cabins (2-3 per cabin) with private bath. All cabins have been recently remodeled and lovingly furnished with new beds. All bed linens and and towels are provided. [There are a limited number of private cabins available, on a first come first served basis, for additional cost.] To see an image of a typical cabin, click here.

The chefs at Bosch Bahá’í School pride themselves in offering an almost limitless menu of fish, vegetarian, and vegan entrées. They can also easily accommodate guests with food allergies and special dietary needs.

Getting there:
Please plan to arrive between 3 pm and 5 pm on the first day of the retreat. The program will begin with dinner at 5:30 pm, followed by an evening group session. The retreat will end on Sunday at ??.

If you are flying into the area, the nearest airport is San Jose (SJC). We will provide shuttle information and costs in the coming month – check back here for more details. We will also provide a group email list, once the program registration is complete, so that you may coordinate travel plans, rental cars, or shared shuttles with one another.

Costs – includes program tuition and retreat fees:

TUITION **
The tuition for the two year* program, which includes all instruction, materials and practice/guidance between retreats, is $2200, payable as follows:

*You may choose to take one or more modules, independently, space permitting. The tuition for an individual module is $675, payable in two installments. $200 at registration, and the full balance of $475, five weeks before the module begins. Participants requesting this option will be notified of space availability no less than six weeks before the retreat.

** Payment plans can be arranged by mutual agreement.

RETREAT FEES
The cost of each retreat, which includes room & board in a shared cabin (2-3 per cabin) and all administrative costs is $1218 per retreat, payable in full five weeks before the start of that retreat. Due dates for each retreat's fees:
• Retreat I, Embodying Prayer: November 1, 2011
• Retreat II, Embodying Torah: April 2, 2012
• Retreat III, Embodying Kabbalah: October 8, 2012
• Retreat IV, The Sacred Dance: April 8, 2013
